Description
Starlink is an open-source collection of software for astronomy containing tools for data reduction, analysis and visualization. It is currently maintained by the East Asian Observatory to support processing of data from the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope. Recent development has focused on handling problematic data, bug-fixes and improving the "summit" pipelines used by the telescope operator.
We present the updates made in the 2025A and 2023A releases. The handling and plotting of Multi-Order Coverage (MOC) maps have been improved, especially for large and complex maps. A number of recipes have been added to the "Wesley" pre-processing pipeline to handle problematic data. The ORAC-DR pipeline now creates preview images for pointing and focus observations. In addition, Starlink is now made available via the Flatpak package manager for easier installation on a variety of Linux systems.
