Poster papers are an important element of ADASS conferences.
Submission of poster abstracts is possible until 24th October 2025.
All participants attending in person are invited to present a physical poster.
Poster walls allow for poster of A0 / ANSI E with max dimensions:
- height: 150 cm
- width: 120 cm
Pins/tape will be provided.
All posters will be on display throughout the entire conference in the venue 'Wichernhaus'. Posters may be visited throughout the conference during the welcome reception, in the two (Monday-Wednesday; one Thursday) one-hour coffee breaks and the 90-min lunch breaks.
Each coffee break will feature posters of one topical theme and all poster authors belonging to the specific theme are invited to be present during the specific break.
All participants attending online/remotely are invited to present an electronic poster.
Posters of online participants will be displayed on a selective screen during the conference. Life discussions with poster authors are not possible, but poster authors are encouraged to provide contact details as appropriate or announce & arrange own Q/A sessions.
All poster authors are invited to upload their poster as pdf file. The pdf files will be made available to registered participants and allow other participants to select posters of special interest for in-person discussions with the authors of detailed follow-ups.
In order to upload posters, please log in to INDICO, go to "My conference" -> "My contributions" -> Edit files -> Add Materials. Please submit posters by November 6, 2025 to make them available from November 7 onwards.
